Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 3-5 working days once they leave our warehouse. Bulk or high value items may be shipped via courier - this may take 2-3 working days. Overseas orders (including Rep. of Ireland) should arrive within 10-14 working days.
For UK next working day delivery, please order before midday Monday – Thursday (trackable).
Please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders containing embossed organisers.
European and overseas customers will be responsible for paying customs and/or import duty.
Our delivery charges do not include any expenses for customs duty and/or VAT. Filofax is not responsible for any additional charges; these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
